Booking & Reservations
How do I reserve a trailer?+
Submit a reservation request through our booking form with your dates and campground. We'll confirm availability within one business day and send next steps. No payment is required to request a reservation.
How far in advance should I book?+
We recommend 2 to 3 weeks for peak weekends and holidays. Off-season trips can often be booked with less notice.
Do I pay when I submit a request?+
No. The reservation request is free. Payment and the refundable security deposit are collected only after we confirm your dates.
What is the minimum rental length?+
Two nights on all reservations.
Delivery & Setup
Do you deliver to my campground?+
We proudly deliver throughout San Jacinto and the surrounding areas, including Reflection Lake, Lake Perris, Lake Skinner, and Pechanga RV Resort. If your campground is outside our standard service area, contact us and we'll be happy to discuss availability and any applicable delivery fees.
Do you offer tow-away rentals?+
Not at this time. Every Del Rey rental is delivered and set up by us. It's part of what makes the experience stress-free.
What time is delivery and pickup?+
Delivery and pickup times vary by campground. Exact times are confirmed with you before arrival.
What do I need at my campsite?+
Guests should have a water hookup and a 30-amp electrical hookup. A battery option for dry camping is available on The Explorer; The Pioneer requires a hookup.
The Trailer
What comes with the trailer?+
Every rental includes delivery and setup, fresh linens, kitchen essentials (basic cookware and utensils), a bathroom with toilet and shower, air conditioning (30-amp hookup), refrigerator, microwave (30-amp hookup), coffee maker with pods, a TV, safety equipment, and fresh water.
Can I cook inside the trailer?+
No cooking is permitted inside the trailer. A hot plate is provided for outdoor cooking only.
Is coffee included?+
Yes, a coffee maker and coffee pods are included.
How many people can sleep in it?+
The Explorer sleeps five comfortably with a queen bed and bunk beds. The Pioneer sleeps up to six with tent-style beds on both ends plus convertible couch and dinette beds.
Is there a bathroom onboard?+
Yes, a private bathroom with toilet and shower is included.
What if I'm dry camping without hookups?+
On The Explorer, a battery option is available for dry camping and provides power for approximately up to 36 hours, depending on usage. During dry camping the air conditioning and microwave will not operate. The Pioneer is not available for dry camping.
Can I bring my dog?+
No pets, no exceptions.
Payment & Policies
How do I pay?+
Credit and debit card is our main payment option. Once your dates are approved you get a secure link where you can pay the refundable $500 security deposit, the rental balance, or everything at once. Zelle and Cash App are still accepted if you prefer to send payment directly.
Can I pay the deposit and the full balance up front?+
Yes. Your reservation page has a Pay everything now option that covers the security deposit and the full rental balance in one card payment. You can also pay the deposit first and then make partial payments toward the balance until it is due, 7 days before arrival.
Is there a cleaning fee?+
Yes. A one-time $100 cleaning and dumping fee is added to every reservation. It covers full sanitation of the trailer and disposal of the waste tanks after your stay.
Is a security deposit required?+
Yes, a $500 refundable security deposit is collected at booking and returned within 3 business days after inspection.
What is your cancellation policy?+
The more advance notice you give us, the easier it is to make things right. Holiday reservations may have different rules, and weather situations may qualify for rescheduling first. We always prefer to reschedule your trip before issuing a refund. See our cancellation policy page for details.
Is smoking allowed?+
No smoking and no vaping. Smoking inside the trailer results in loss of the security deposit plus an additional cleaning fee.
