These Rental Terms & Conditions apply to every reservation with Del Rey Travel Trailer Rentals. A signed rental agreement is required prior to delivery.
Eligibility
- Primary renter must be at least 25 years old with a valid government-issued ID.
- Renter must provide proof of RV or camping insurance where applicable.
Deposits & payment
- A refundable damage deposit of $500 is collected at booking.
- The rental balance is due prior to delivery.
- Deposits are returned within 7 business days of a clean, damage-free return.
Delivery & pickup
- Rentals are delivery-only. Tow-away rentals are not offered at this time.
- Delivery windows are confirmed the week of your trip.
- A responsible adult must be present at delivery for walk-through and signature.
Use of the trailer
- No smoking of any kind inside the trailer.
- Pets are considered case-by-case and may require an additional cleaning fee.
- Trailer must remain at the delivered campsite for the duration of the rental.
Damages
Guests are responsible for damage beyond normal wear and tear. Damages may be deducted from the damage deposit; damages exceeding the deposit will be invoiced separately.
