Plans change—we get it. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both guests and our small family team.
Standard cancellation windows
- 14+ days before delivery: Full refund of all payments except a $50 processing fee.
- 7–13 days before delivery: 50% refund of the rental total. Damage deposit refunded in full.
- Less than 7 days before delivery: Non-refundable. Damage deposit refunded in full.
Rescheduling
One free reschedule is allowed if requested at least 14 days before your original delivery date, subject to availability. Additional reschedules may incur a fee.
Weather & wildfire
If the campground you booked is closed by park authorities due to weather, wildfire, or other emergencies, we will work with you to reschedule or issue a credit.
