The more advance notice you give us, the easier it is to make things right. Let us know as soon as your plans change.
Rescheduling comes first
We'd much rather move your trip than cancel it. Whenever possible, we'll help you reschedule to a new date instead of issuing a refund.
Weather
If weather or a campground closure affects your trip, rescheduling is the first option we'll offer.
Holidays
Holiday reservations may have different rules. We'll go over those details with you when we confirm your dates.
