The Pioneer
The Pioneer is our family bunkhouse: an expandable travel trailer with tent-style sleeping areas on both ends, a full galley kitchen, a private bathroom, and a convertible dinette and couch. It sleeps up to six comfortably, so the whole family gets a bed. Like every trailer in our fleet, it's delivered, leveled, and set up at your campsite before you arrive.

How does The Pioneer sleep six?+
Tent-style sleeping areas expand from both ends of the trailer, and both the couch and the dining table convert into additional beds.
Where can The Pioneer be delivered?+
We proudly deliver throughout San Jacinto and the surrounding areas, including Reflection Lake, Lake Perris, Lake Skinner, and Pechanga RV Resort. If your campground is outside our standard service area, contact us and we'll be happy to discuss availability and any applicable delivery fees.
What do I need at my campsite?+
A water hookup and a 30-amp electrical hookup are ideal. Air conditioning and the microwave require a 30-amp hookup.
Can The Pioneer be used for dry camping?+
No dry camping. The Pioneer requires a water hookup and a 30-amp electrical hookup at your campsite.
Can I cook inside the trailer?+
No cooking is permitted inside the trailer. A hot plate is provided for outdoor cooking only, and the microwave is available for quick, easy meals when you're on an electrical hookup.
Is a security deposit required?+
Yes, a $500 refundable security deposit is collected at booking and returned within 3 business days after inspection.
